What is your return policy for cosmetics? Because of sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns for any reason. If you have a problem with a cosmetic or nail item, please email Pandoras-Cosmetics-Box so we are aware of the problem and can try to remedy it. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase.

When can I expect my order to arrive in the U.S.A.? Your purchase will be mailed via the USPS within 2-3 business days after receiving your paypal payment.As for when you receive it-each Postal Service is different,so we can not control how long your purchase may sit in your post office.If you send a money order or cashiers check, we will wait till the check has cleared the bank first and then send your package.

Do you sell internationally? Yes, we do sell internationally.Buyers pay the actual shipping cost plus a small $1.00 - $2.00 handling fee that covers the packaging materials so your items arrives in mint condition. Please give your package plenty of time for delivery. Anywhere from 2-5 weeks depending on how the item was mailed. Please do not ask us to falsify Postal Custom Forms as we will not do it. WE DO NOT SELL ANY MAKEUP / COSMETIC ITEMS TO PERSONS LIVING IN GERMANY.

When can I expect my order to arrive Internationally? We mail all International purchases via USPS. We find that FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL may be the least cost, but it takes a longer time to receive. Anywhere from 4-8 weeks (can be longer during Holidays). PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL may cost a little more, but it usually takes from 4-10 days. So please be patient.

Do you combine purchases for lower shipping costs? *Yes, we do combine purchases FOR U.S.BUYERS ONLY that are purchased at the same time. You pay reg shipping for the heaviest item and only 50 cents for each additional item. *Please WAIT for us to send you an invoice. We will only send out 1 invoice. What condition are the cosmetics and nail items in? *All of the cosmetic and nail items are new, never opened or tested and in great condition. Some are still in their original packaging and some are items off of shelves. *These items are either hard to find or they have been discontinued by the company.Packaging may even be different.

Do I take requests for certain cosmetic or nail items? *Yes, I will take requests for certain items--especially if I don't have that particular item in stock. I will keep my eyes open for it and try to get it for you. *If I do find the item you are looking for, I will let you know by email.
